From birthstone jewelry to wedding bands, we welcome special order requests with care and intention. When that's not enough, we can create a truly bespoke design that speaks to your soul.
The Creative Process
Free Consultation: Share your ideas directly with Sydney via phone, email, or in person if you are local to the Denver area. Whether you have inspiration photos, a general concept, or aren't quite sure where to start, Sydney will guide you– offering creative insight and a thoughtful direction to help shape your vision.
Design: We'll begin with a few sketches to ensure we’re on the same page about your style and preferences. Once the direction feels right, we'll transition into the digital design phase, where you'll receive a detailed 3D rendering of your piece. At this stage, you'll have the opportunity to closely review your design and request any minor adjustments– perfecting every detail until it feels just right before moving forward.
Creation: Watch your future heirloom come to life. When you're ready to proceed, we require half down to start production. Our expert jewelers take great care in ensuring each piece meets heirloom standards and can withstand the test of time, so production will take 3-4 weeks. Once your custom heirloom is complete, the remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping.

We're passionate about giving new life to your family heirlooms. Let us transform them into a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects your story.
To guarantee the utmost care and protection, we ask that your jewelry or loose stones be appraised prior to working with them. Once appraised, we'll provide a prepaid, fully insured shipping label for a small fee of $25, giving you peace of mind that your treasured heirlooms will be protected during their journey. Appraisals are not required, but they are essential if you want your heirlooms to be fully insured throughout the process. Once your new piece is complete, we offer complimentary, fully insured shipping back to you– along with any unused materials from your original jewelry. Additionally , we accept gold trade-ins that can be credited towards the cost of your final piece.
