At Dauvi Fine Jewelry, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. We offer a comprehensive one-year warranty to cover any manufacturing defects, ensuring your jewelry remains as beautiful and flawless as the day you received it.

What Our One-Year Warranty Covers:​

• Replacement of accent stones and stones under 3mm

• Reattachment or reshaping of earring posts

​

• Fixing chains or replacing clasps on necklaces

What Our One-Year Warranty Does Not Cover:​

• Loss of a piece

​

• Resizing

​

• Center stone replacement

​

• Repairs made by a third party

Our Repair Services
 

If your piece needs to be repaired, we're here to assist! Please see the list of repairs we offer below. To request a repair, submit your request to sydney@shopdauvi.com with a picture of the piece attached and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your repair request and provide you with a cost/quote associated with the repair. If you do not see your needed repair listed, please reach out and we will do our best to accomadate your jewelry needs! Note: Each repair is different and therefore we evaluate it based on the individual piece and repair(s) needed. There are rare instances where a piece cannot be repaired.

• Resizing rings (if the ring style allows for resizing)

Shipping for Repairs

Customers must pay for shipping to send the piece to us for repair.

Note: Repairs outside of your respected warranty will be subject to repair fees. Rest assured that we will service your piece with any repair you need at a below-market-value price.
