Do you have a storefront?

No, we are online only at this time. ​

Do you insure your pieces?

We provide 100% insurance for our pieces during shipping. Once the item has been delivered and signed for, it is up to you to seek insurance.  On request for insurance purposes, we can provide you with an evaluation that documents the value of your piece(s). Please note than an evaluation is not an official appraisal, which must come from a third-party certified appraiser.​

Do you offer price adjustments?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer price adjustments for previous purchases. Prices can fluctuate due to consumer demand, gold market, trends and other contingencies. Offers cannot be combined or used retroactively.

Shipping​

How long will it take for my order to ship?

With each piece being made to order with extraordinary care and detail, please allow up to 3-4 weeks (excluding holidays) for production. Additional production and shipping delays may occur for custom orders. Some items will ship before the 2-4 week period. Please email sydney@shopdauvi.com for any urgent shipping request or questions and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


What is your shipping policy?

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all of our items with UPS 2-Day Express. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your UPS tracking number. We insure shipments on all orders. For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry.

Where do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship to countries all over the globe. Currently our website only accepts orders within the US, but we can process all other international orders through our invoicing system. To place an international order, please fill out the contact request form and we will send you an invoice for your piece + shipping.

Do you pay international fees, duties, and taxes?

For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs. If you are having trouble placing your order or want to know time frame for delivery please email sydney@shopdauvi.com. We will do everything we can to help you!

Can you rush an order?
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If you need your order by a specific date, please email sydney@shopdauvi.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request to the best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee an expedited speed. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your tracking number. For insurance purposes, all orders require signature upon delivery, no exceptions.

What if I'm not available to sign for my package?

At Dauvi, we take security of your shipment seriously. That's why we require an adult signature upon delivery. If you or another adult cannot be present to sign, we will attempt another delivery the next day. You can also contact your local office to reroute the shipment to another address or hold it for pickup at your convenience.

Do you ship to an office space or place of work?

We are more than happy to ship your item(s) to your place of work if that is easier for you. Please keep in mind we will still require an adult signature for drop off. If you'd like your piece shipped to your place of work, please leave a note at checkout and be sure to address it to your place of business with attention to 'name' in the second address line. Cancellations and Returns

 

​Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund. However, after 24 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that has been completed. Custom pieces and made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled after 12 hours.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy on all purchases, excluding sale items, custom orders, or any item that was modified specifically for you. If you're not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the jewelry is in its original condition and packaging. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sydney@shopdauvi.com or call us at 720-810-7915. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Please do not try returning an item without completing the proper protocol, as there are shipping and insurance regulations in place to guarantee safe return of the item(s).

Can I customize a piece of jewelry?

Yes! We offer custom jewelry services where you can work directly with Sydney to create a one-of-a-kind piece. Visit our Custom Jewelry page for more information on the process. How does the customization process work?

Our custom jewelry process involves a consultation with Sydney to discuss your vision, collaboration on the design until it's perfect for you, and the creation of your unique piece. You can find more details on our Custom Jewelry page.

Can I order a necklace in a different length?

We do offer custom lengths for an additional fee. Please contact us at sydney@shopdauvi.com with your request and we will invoice you based on the new price. Keep in mind that depending on the modification you'd like, the price will vary. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.

What do I do if my new Dauvi piece doesn't fit?

We understand that it can be difficult to get sizing just right sometimes. If you are facing a sizing issues, please reach out to sydney@shopdauvi.com with your name, order number, and what the sizing issue is. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, and we are happy to work with you to figure out what solution works best for your situation!

What is my ring size?
All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your ring sizes, we highly suggest getting sized by a local jeweler. This will help ensure a proper fit and prevent future hassle and unneeded resizing fees. You can also reference our Ring Size Guide. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. Keep in mind some ring styles cannot be resized due to it affecting the structural integrity of the piece, so it's important to know your size prior to purchase.

How do I care for my Dauvi jewelry?
To keep your Dauvi jewelry looking its best, we recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft bristle toothbrush and dish soap and store it in a jewelry box or pouch when not in use. Read more about Jewelry Care.

 

Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We are committed to ethical sourcing and use both lab-grown and natural diamonds and gemstones that adhere to strict ethical standards. Sydney personally sources all our stones to ensure proper measures are taken for the good of the planet and those who inhabit it.


What makes Dauvi Fine Jewelry unique?
We focus on creating jewelry that empowers women to treat themselves. We offer a personalized experience, where you work one-on-one with Sydney to design your perfect piece. All of our pieces are made from sustainably sourced materials like recycled gold and conflict-free diamonds and gemstones to help protect the Earth and all who inhabit it.


What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We use 10k and 14k solid gold, lab-grown and natural diamonds, and natural gemstones. Our commitment to sustainability means we source all our materials responsibly, but we are happy to customize a special piece for you that incorporates lab grown gemstones upon request.

What color and clarity are your diamonds?

The majority of our diamonds are near colorless (G) and VS1 in clarity. This can vary for custom pieces depending on the client's needs. We can always source stones based on your specific budget, timeline, and expectations.
