Refund Policy​

 

We strive to provide the best customer service and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy once you receive your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive it on all purchases excluding sale items, custom orders, or any item that was modified specifically for you. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging with no signs of being worn. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label we provide for you.

 

This does not apply to jewelry in the following circumstances: has a manufacturer defect, the item was damaged in transit, or the incorrect item or size ordered was shipped.

 

If the item is damaged in transit it must be photographed immediately after opening and cannot be worn because this could cause further damage. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email sydney@shopdauvi.com for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order. Custom orders and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

 

The final decision of these circumstances is up to the Dauvi team’s discretion after further evaluating the piece.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sydney@shopdauvi.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Please do not try returning an item without completing the proper protocol, as there are shipping and insurance regulations in place to guarantee a safe return of the item(s).

Exchange Policy

​

For size exchanges we offer a $100 restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges for a different piece of jewelry than the style you originally purchased. These policies are in place because most of our pieces, especially rings, are made to order and the restocking fee covers the newly sized item, shipping costs, and other accrued fees.

 

Depending where you are located, it might be more efficient and affordable for you to find a local jeweler to resize your piece. It can be beneficial to have someone close-by to perform repairs and yearly evaluations. However our warranty is voided once an outside jeweler works on our piece. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding a resize or our warranty.

Cancellation Policy

 

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund. However, after 24 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that has been completed. Custom pieces and made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled after 12 hours.
